Every animal is a pure-breed Indian Gir — the desi cow whose A2-protein milk, dung and urine sustained Indian agriculture for millennia. No cross-breeds, no hormones, no factory conditions.
The circular gowshala model
Cow dung fertilises the fields → fields feed the cows → cows give ghee, dhoop and panchagavya → sales fund gowshala upkeep. A closed loop where no input is bought and no waste is created.
Bilona ghee — the golden output
Only 3% of our milk becomes butter, and only that butter becomes ghee. Slow-simmered on wood fire, hand-churned, and stored in glass — the way it has always been done.
