We don’t own most of the land we farm — we partner. Three transparent models let farmers keep their identity while gaining a guaranteed buyer, better inputs and premium prices.
1. Contract Farming
Existing farm-owning families sign a season-long contract with Gireejaa. We supply certified organic seeds, bio-inputs and technical mentors, and commit to buy the harvest at pre-agreed floor prices — irrespective of mandi crashes.

2. Lease Farming
Where landowners no longer wish to farm themselves, Gireejaa leases the land, deploys its own team, and shares 30% of net revenue with the owner every year — turning idle land into ancestral income.

3. Kharaba Land Model
The most transformative model. We identify degraded ‘kharaba’ (wasteland) parcels — saline, eroded, or abandoned — and rebuild soil with cow manure, cover crops and drip irrigation. Owners get regenerated land plus a share of yield.
